1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using InflatableOps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
InflatableOps provides software tools for inflatable rental operators. The first available module, Wind Alert, provides weather-based wind monitoring, alerting, acknowledgment, and documentation tools.
Future modules may include AI Assistant, Bookings, Waivers, Inventory Management, and other operational tools.
3. No Guarantee of Safety
InflatableOps and Wind Alert do not guarantee safety, accident prevention, exact wind speed, or compliance with any law or regulation.
4. Weather Data Limitations
Wind Alert uses third-party weather data. Weather and wind data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or different from actual on-site conditions. Wind can vary significantly by exact location, surface, nearby buildings, trees, and other conditions.
5. Operator Responsibilities
Operators are responsible for:
- Accurate rental information
- Correct customer phone numbers
- Correct addresses
- Correct rental times
- Correct unit selection
- Proper wind thresholds based on manufacturer instructions
- Legal compliance
- Adult supervision
- Proper anchoring
- On-site judgment
- Manual verification when required
6. Third-Party Services
InflatableOps depends on weather providers, SMS providers, email providers, geocoding providers, payment processors, and hosting providers. These services may experience delays or failures.
7. Alert Delivery
InflatableOps does not guarantee that SMS or email messages will be delivered, read, understood, or acted upon by recipients.
8. Subscription and Billing
Wind Alert is billed at $59/month with 40 monitored rentals included. Additional rentals are billed at $4.50 each. Failed payments may limit access to the service.
9. Cancellation
Operators can cancel their subscription before the next billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InflatableOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Changes to Terms
InflatableOps may update these terms with notice to users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
