Full safety timeline is logged and PDF reports can be generated.
Features
Everything operators need to monitor, alert, and document wind safety.
Weather-Based Wind Monitoring
Monitor wind conditions by rental address and event time using accurate geocoded locations.
SMS Safety Alerts

Renters confirm they reviewed safety rules, received alerts, removed children, paused use, or deflated the inflatable.
Safety Logs
Record weather readings, alerts sent, SMS delivery status, acknowledgments, staff notes, and timestamps.
PDF Safety Reports
Generate reports for internal records, insurer discussions, schools, churches, or city event clients.
Weather Failure Detection

An added safety layer — not a replacement for supervision.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does Wind Alert work?
Wind Alert monitors weather-based wind conditions during each rental window. When wind speed or gusts reach defined thresholds, the system sends SMS alerts to renters and operators, requests renter acknowledgment, and escalates if there is no response.
Can I set different thresholds for different inflatables?
Yes. You can set company-wide default thresholds and unit-specific thresholds for each inflatable based on manufacturer guidance, size, and type.
What happens if the renter doesn't acknowledge the alert?
If no acknowledgment is received after the escalation delay, Wind Alert escalates the alert to the operator or staff so they can call the renter directly.
Does Wind Alert work for indoor rentals?
Wind monitoring can be disabled for indoor rentals. Indoor rentals with monitoring disabled do not count toward your monthly limit.
How does the 14-day weather forecast work?
When a rental is created, Wind Alert checks the forecast for the rental date. If rain or high wind gusts are predicted, the operator is notified so they can warn the customer, suggest rescheduling, or plan for extra anchoring. Forecasts are updated daily as the rental date approaches.
