Wind can change fast. Operators cannot be everywhere.
Inflatable rental operators often deliver equipment and leave the renter to supervise the event. But wind conditions can change during the rental. Manually checking a weather app, remembering every active rental, texting each renter, and documenting every warning is difficult during busy rental days.
Automated wind monitoring and safety documentation.
Wind Alert monitors weather-based wind conditions during each rental window. When wind speed or gusts reach defined thresholds, the system sends SMS alerts, requests renter acknowledgment, escalates if there is no response, and records the full safety timeline.

Join Pilot ProgramAn added safety layer — not a replacement for supervision.
InflatableOps Wind Alert provides weather-based wind alerts using available third-party weather data. It does not replace adult supervision, proper anchoring, manufacturer instructions, legal compliance, on-site judgment, or an on-site anemometer where required or recommended.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is InflatableOps?
InflatableOps is a software platform for inflatable rental operators. It starts with Wind Alert and is designed to expand into AI Assistant, Bookings, Waivers, Inventory Management, and other tools for inflatable businesses.
Is Wind Alert a physical wind sensor?
No. Wind Alert is a software-based wind safety alert platform. It uses third-party weather data based on the rental location. It does not measure wind directly beside the inflatable.
Does Wind Alert replace adult supervision?
No. Wind Alert does not replace adult supervision, proper anchoring, manufacturer instructions, legal compliance, on-site judgment, or an on-site anemometer where required or recommended.
Can I set my own wind thresholds?
Yes. Operators can set company-wide thresholds and unit-specific thresholds based on manufacturer instructions, insurance requirements, and safety policies.
What happens after 40 monitored rentals?
Monitoring continues automatically. Additional rentals are billed at $4.50 each. We do not block monitoring because this is a safety-related product.
Do indoor rentals count?
Only if wind monitoring is activated. Indoor rentals with monitoring disabled do not count toward your monthly limit.
How does the 14-day weather forecast work?
When a rental is created, Wind Alert checks the forecast for the rental date. If rain or high wind gusts are predicted, the operator is notified so they can warn the customer, suggest rescheduling, or plan for extra anchoring. Forecasts are updated daily as the rental date approaches.
